Two unique open exhibition opportunities

Submissions are currently being accepted for two unique open exhibitions, Touch Interactive 2013, for interactive artists and Screening 2013, for those working in film and video.
Now in their third year, both exhibitions will be displayed on our touch screens throughout the gallery from 13 February to 5 May 2013, with the deadline for submissions being 13 January 2013.
The Public, famed for its commitment to digital arts, features a number of fixed interactive artworks including work by Blast Theory and Lia & Miguel Carvalhais, together with a changing programme of work by internationally renowned artists, including Will Nash, Josh Nimoy and James Aliban.
The open exhibitions, provides a rare opportunity for artists from across the country and internationally to showcase their work alongside such distinguished artists.
We're looking for work that is fun, intuitive and engaging for audiences of all ages. We particularly encourage applications from the local West Midlands region, but also accept national and international submissions. Whether early career or professional, this is a great opportunity for artists and filmmakers to showcase their work for free in a prestigious arts environment.
