Proposals for Communal Trees, Poznan, Poland

You are invited to submit a proposal for a new or existing work(s), to be exhibited on group exhibition in Poznan, Poland in spring 2011. The title of the exhibition will be “Communal Trees” and it is intended to touch on topics such as: plants within the city, wild plants, trees, communal forests, guerilla gardening, cultivation, organic, primary jungle metropolis, parks, traffic.

Proposed exhibitions is a group show and is open to all visual arts media. This call for proposals is open to different art genres, techniques and forms
APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS:
Each application must include:
1) Currivulum Vitae/ Short version of a current resume
2) 2 or more digital images of previously completed artwork:
jpeg format, 300 dpi, Name files with artist name and number per image list. (e.g.: tekla_1.jpg, tekla_2.jpg)
3) contact details: mobile nr, email,
4) listing media, and approximate budget needed to realize the work
5) title, date
6) a brief description of the artwork and a short statement describing how does it relate to the exhibition’s topic/ how does the work is approaching it.
7) plan, sketch, drawing of proposed artwork, video still or photographic documentation- in case of already existing works.
This opportunity is:
Unpaid, but the production on work, some materials and transport will be supported. Artists travel and accommodation will be provided.

Because of the misspelling of the email address the call had been prolonged to 12th May 2010!!!
