London: Opportunity for International Project Spaces, Collectives and Galleries
Seeking expressions of interest in subsidised spaces at London's latest arts venue.

Enclave, an ambitious new-build street of 10 gallery-spec units in South London launches in February 2012. Hosting national and international project spaces and galleries, Enclave forms a major part of a new masterplan for Deptford, South London, recently hailed as a must visit destination by the New York Times.
We are pleased to announce an opportunity for new and established international project spaces, collectives and galleries to join us at the site, renting at below market rates. This can include free additional use of an impressive 49 x 26 ft (8 x 15m) gallery as an exhibition, performance, residency and events venue 5 weeks yearly.
Four remaining units are highly finished, double height, heated, ground floor spaces with glazed frontages and with full disabled access, offering a unique opportunity for start ups and experimental projects to establish a base in one of London’s most creative and up and coming hubs.
Confirmed tenants include Centre of Attention; AnArchitecture; Enclave Gallery, Swedish and Nordic Project Space Snowball Project Space, Occupy My Time, and Berlin's Styx Project Space showing yearly.
Enclave will launch with a month-long exhibition curated by temporarycontemporary, invited curators and current Enclave Project Spaces. The exhibition includes a projects selected by David Thorp, LUX, and artists Adam Christensen, Anthony Gross and Toby Huddlestone. Further details to be announced.
