Message from our Executive Director:
"I am really looking forward to bringing ANCER to Phnom Penh. It's a real honor for Cambodian Living Arts to be organizing the occasion. Following the launch of Cambodia’s first National Policy for Culture in 2014, and with a growing network of arts managers and cultural leaders coming into the spotlight, it’s the right moment for us to engage in exchange of experience and ideas with our regional community. I hope to see you there!"
