KEYHOLDER RESIDENCY PROGRAM

Lower East Side Printshop provides emerging artists with free studio residencies to develop new work and explore printmaking. The application deadline is March 1, 2016 for residencies that begin on April 1, 2016.
The Keyholder Residency offers year-long, 24/7 access to a shared studio with professional printmaking facilities and includes:
* $1,000 stipend
* Shelf storage space and a flat-file
* A selection of free tools and basic art supplies
* One free class in printmaking and consultations with professional printers
* 20% discount on all Printshop classes
* Free career development workshops and salons
* Inclusion in the Printshop's permanent collection and website
* Opportunities to show new work in exhibitions presented by the Printshop
* Access to a vibrant community of peers
Artists of all disciplines are encouraged to apply; printmaking skills are not required.
