Studio 104: The whole of this single 571 sq ft studio is to be shared on an experimental time-share/co-working model, in order to maximise the use of the space and keep costs low. Studio is tidy and well organised - separated into two areas:
Area 1. Ply panelled clean computer/drawing room. Insulated floor. Half of this space is currently available for fixed sole use. Would suit someone who wants a permanent fixed desk-based practice with 24hr access, and additional access to main studio/workshop.
Area 2. Shared main studio - with cutting bench, 4ft x 8ft moveable worktable,and two large (4.8m wide x 3m heigh) walls for hanging/photographing. All of this space is arranged to be flexible, and to be shared on a cooperative or timeshare basis. Sole use of the main space can be negotiated on an hourly/daily/weekly/monthly basis.
