Whether you succeed or not is irrelevant, there is no such thing.
Making your unknown known is the important thing.

The next 10-week, live, Klein Artist Works course begins Monday, February 20th with a Free Introductory Webinar .
Contrary to conventional notions, traction in the art world is not all that difficult to achieve. And the amazing thing is . . . it all starts with you being you. This is not about fitting a cookie-cutter mold, or following prescribed steps. It’s about you being you. Your unique, weird, self.
The artworld is not a foreboding place. No one is in your way. People actually want to see you succeed, and will give of themselves a bit to facilitate that, if you are nice. Relationships matter. A lot. So does having a positive attitude. And being generous. Authentic too. Be who you are. Be who you are some more. Show your idiosyncrasies. |
Show what makes you unique. The more vulnerable your reveal yourself to be the more others see themselves and like your art. Stop holding back. (Watch the 3-minute video.)
I get that you are skeptical, that conditioning says artists are 2nd class citizens. I don’t agree. And we don’t need to convince all of them they are wrong. All we (you) need to do is find 6 or 7 people who think your art is exceptional and you’ve got traction. It’s about finding people who are ready to be inspired by what you do.
Have you noticed that artists who succeed make art that we haven’t seen before? You want to move towards uniqueness, revealing your inner self. This is what people relate to. You. Not you trying to be someone else. You.
And this is what Klein Artist Works is about. You. Enabling you to be you. Strong. Proud. Authentic. In touch with your priorities, aesthetic, purpose, and loving the prospects.
It starts with commitment.
Klein Artist Works meets Live, Monday evenings, for 10 weeks. The 1st session is Free, Monday, February 20th. Click to attend.
It’s a gift to be an artist. I honor that.
Warmly,
